WELCOME LETTER FEBRUARY 2010
Dear Owners and Guests,
My goodness here we are well into 2010 and only five weeks to go until Easter!
It has been a very rainy winter here which has caused quite a few of our
apartments to leak. Right now we are busy replacing terraces and repairing and
painting ceilings to get everything in order for the high season. The good news
is that there is lots of water in the reservoirs for the coming year.
The occupation on the resort is increasing by the week, so we are beginning to
feel a much livelier atmosphere around the place as it was pretty quiet earlier
in the year. Some people did not arrive due to the snowy conditions in the UK.
We are planning to send a bi-monthly newsletter about Pueblo Evita and local
activities happening in the area, via email, to those owners who have given us
their email address. If you would like to receive this please send us your email
address.
Do not forget to check our special rental prices on our rentals web site
and maybe add a week to your own week for the same flight price.
I look forward to welcoming you back to Pueblo Evita in the coming season and
hope you have a great holiday with us.
As usual I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to complete the
in-house questionnaires and the RCI comment forms. The feedback on the in-house
questionnaires is very helpful to us. Also we need you, our owners, to support
us with positive ratings on the RCI comment sheets, as the criteria for winning
the Gold Crown award is getting more difficult and this affects your exchange
rating.
