I wish to express our thanks to all of your team who work so hard to accommodate our needs, especially Margareta who was very efficient in finding a suitable apartment to suit my wife's disability. Thanks again for making our week at Pueblo Evita so enjoyable and the housekeeping staff who provided clean towels every day and tidy out the apartment even made the beds.

 Excellent service which we have not experienced at any other resort. Brilliant.

Many thanks to all the staff for a fantastic holiday, that we have just returned from with our friends, who were very impressed with the Pueblo Evita.

We will complete the questionnaire as requested. Really looking forward to our trip back in August this year. Could you pass on our appreciation to all the Pueblo Evita staff who work very hard to make it a very pleasant place to stay and made us all very welcome.

The roof top pool and cafe is definitely worth a mention it was so family friendly and the family who ran it really looked after us all, whatever time we were there (4 children and 4 adults). Lifeguards and cleaning staff also did an excellent job.

Having seen your June newsletter, prompted me to reply and send our family's heartfelt thanks to all the staff who helped us organise a coach home to England at a very worrying time.

There were 6 of us from 661 last week of Easter holidays and the staff not only helped, but supported our difficult time because one of our party was taken ill a couple of days prior to departure and the two men had to remain behind for another coach.

The support and help was fantastic - as we have come to expect over the 18 years that we have been coming to Pueblo.

Just to say thank you again for your help in providing a letter for our extra stay over in Pueblo Evita for myself and Kathryn when the volcanic ash in Iceland erupted and for getting us home by the Mateos Coach Company. The letters from yourself and Mateos have enabled us to make a claim from our insurance company. The insurance company has paid out for time out of the U.K. which has gone towards the cost of the coach and the apartment.

May I pass on my thanks to you & your staff for your help in a most stressful situation when the volcano erupted causing the airport closures & flight cancellations. Without your assistance we wouldn’t have been able to sort out accommodation, flights or any other methods of travel & we certainly would not be at home now, the coach you arranged with Mateos was excellent & the drivers did a fantastic job. To be fair I really enjoyed the scenery in Spain much of which I would have missed had I flown by aircraft, thank you all again

Hi to you all,

Just to let you know that we all arrived home last night about
9pm(Tuesday 20th April). Our ferry was booked this morning(21st April) but as we had already reserved our passage we could catch a earlier crossing.

We hope that all the remaining people left are able to leave
eventually. It must have been strange that we all left and typically the weather improved. Once again we would like to thank EVERYONE at Pueblo Evita for their help. What a great team you are!!!! Our best wishes to all the remaining people and hope that they get home safely.
